I was really happy with Lourdes’ attention to detail during my manicure and her helping me sign up for their loyalty program where you get $7 off after 5 manicures. Will be back after switching from another long-time salon (Le Jolie) who didn’t really appreciate my business.

I've frequented many nail salons on West 72nd over the years and Michelle's is beautiful. Newly renovated, the vibe feels classy and music is relaxing. But even better, the staff isn't pushy and is very clear about pricing. Every single salon on this block will push for upgrades multiple times. But at Michelle's I can sit back and relax and simply enjoy my pedicure.I will be returning.

I had not been to this salon since they renovated in March. It is really a lovely space now, very bright and inviting. My technician did a very good and thorough job. The renovation has made this a much more pleasant place to go for all your nail care. Congrats!
